Matthew Dixon - Managing Director

Matthew's role as proprietor and director is broad and ranges from strategic development and planning, customer liaison and sales development through to project management and delivery of contracts. He has extensive experience of delivering conservation contracts on SSSIs, NNRs and other sensitive sites and mitigation schemes on large infrastructure projects such as gas pipelines, power stations and road schemes.

In 2010 he was responsible for overseeing implementation of ISO 9001 within the company.

Martyn Werner - Operations Manager

A varied role incorporating site & project management for conservation projects, problem solving, and looking after the business IT needs, including Legacy's website assets and online marketing. Also a dab hand with a spanner and a passion for mending things.

Agnes Krupa - Company Administrator

A recent addition to the business, Agnes's role is varied as a full time member of office staff and is rapidly learning the ropes. She is often the first point of contact with Legacy, manning the phones, taking orders and dealing with day to day office administration, financial matters, stock control and much more.

Darek Raczkowski - Site Supervisor

Joined the team in 2006 and quickly displayed a talent for leadership and problem solving. A skilled 360 excavator operator having recently acquired CPCS certification for machines over 10 tonnes

Jarek Kurcharski - Conservation Ground Worker

Joined the team in 2004. Jarek is a senior ground worker with many years of experience in all aspects of our work. He is thorough and meticulous about his work and a very competant chainsaw operator.

Dominik Kurcharski - Conservation Ground Worker

Joined the team in 2007. Dominik is a reliable and skilled ground worker with many years of experience. He has a very personable character and is a great addition to the team.
