Caudon® Development

At Caudon, we are continually looking to develop our products or research new products that will improve the performance of wildlife fencing systems, other mitigation products, and/or make installation methods easier.

At all stages of development of a new product that is involved with the mitigation of wildlife species, we will consult and work alongside experienced and respected ecologists to ensure that any designs meet the requirements of the species for which they are intended.

We have a close working relationship with many ecology practitioners who can offer advice and design specifications specific to their subject areas. We may also consult other relevant organisations, such asNatural England, or Highways Agency, or their publications, such as the English Nature Great Crested Newt Mitigation Guidelines, to ensure that any products meet the required specifications as set down in their frameworks.

We also look at new materials that will help to improve the performance, longevity or environmental sustainability of our products. We may also adapt existing products as a one off application for a specific project that demands a site specific modification.

We will also endeavour to respond to feedback from customers, installers, other ecologists and developers on how we can improve our products. If you would like to talk to us about any Caudon product, or have any feedback relating to any product, please use our Enquiries Page to get in touch.
